Free tracked shipping on every order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the countries available at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or because of customs and carrier delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your destination, local import duties or taxes may apply. Where required, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, your parcel arrives damaged, or you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, email us at shupikanton8@gmail.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible – we can update the address only before the order ships.

Shipping Protection (optional)

For a small fee in the cart, Shipping Protection gets you a free replacement right away – with no waiting period – if your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen, including when the carrier has already marked it as delivered. Without Shipping Protection, lost and damaged parcels are still covered as described above, but parcels marked as delivered by the carrier are not covered. You can switch Shipping Protection on or off in your cart at any time before checkout.
