Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases from the iCharge online store, operated by FOP SHUPIK, Ukraine ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another currency. Bundle discounts (save $2 when you buy 2 cables, save $4 when you buy 3 or more) are applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. Free gifts are included as described on the product page while stocks last. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before shipping if this affects your order.

2. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; in that case you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Product use

Please use the cable with compatible, certified chargers and devices and follow normal electrical safety practices. Actual charging and data speeds depend on your charger and devices.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact
